PREPARATIONS for the coronation of Rwot David Onen Acana II as the head of the Acholi traditional chiefs council on Saturday are in top gear.

Two groups of Bwola dancers, including Acholi Heart Beat, whose patron is Onen-Achana, are expected to perform at the ceremony.

MTN Uganda will on the eve of the coronation hold ‘Rwot Coronation Concert’ music extravaganza in Gulu.

Also to be installed are members of Achana’s council, including his first deputy George William Lugai (Pajule) and second deputy Martin Otinga-Otto-Yai of Lamogi.
