Salim Saleh, a senior presidential adviser for reconstruction. Victoria Namusisi nalongo, who was a central pillar in the week-long talks, assisted Saleh to broker the talks at his residence at Camp Caleb in Garuga, Entebbe on Tuesday. The artistes had been squabbling since 2001 although they started their careers together in Kenya in the late 1990s. Saleh, flanked by aides Juma Seiko and Kwame Rukundo, said Chameleone approached him in desperation. “I am now in charge of reconciliation and reconstruction of people’s minds. If this one succeeds, I will put it on my CV as the first success since my appointment,†Saleh said. Ends
