KAMPALA — Maj. Gen. Salim Saleh is anxious to appear before court and testify in a case against former Greenland Bank managing director Dr. Sulaiman Kiggundu.
KAMPALA — Maj. Gen. Salim Saleh is anxious to appear before court and testify in a case against former Greenland Bank managing director Dr. Sulaiman Kiggundu. Saleh’s lawyer, MacDusman Kabega, said his client had signed the witness summons and would appear in court on Monday. Saleh, his wife Jovia, Muhoozi Kainerugaba and businessman Charles Mbiire were summoned to court as defence witnesses. Kiggundu is facing charges of causing financial loss of sh75m and lending out sh36b over and above 25% of sh6b core capital against the Financial Institutions Statute.
