The order was meant to stop the Extraordinary Assembly (EAGM) on January 3. Still, it was ignored by the federation and went on to hold business which resulted in the postponement of elections and called for an interim committee.

Motorsport delegates and stakeholders were left in disarray about the future of the sport after midnight.
This was after Police stormed the assembly held at Silver Springs Hotel to implement a
