Who killed Kaweesi, Kirumira and Gen. Katumba shooting suspects while in custody?

Three of the suspects who participated in the murders of former Police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi, former Buyende district police commander Muhammad Kirumira and the attempted assassination of works and transport minister Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala, died in custody under mysterious circumstances. 

Among those arrested is Maj. Gen. James Birungi (L), former head of Defence Intelligence and Security (DIS); and the inquiry team includes Criminal Investigations Directorate boss Tom Magambo.
