Three ‘worst of the worst’ Ugandan convicts to be deported from USA
The three are Mukiibi Kiwana, who was arrested in California and convicted of aggravated assault; Adrian Kawuba, who was arrested in Pennsylvania and convicted of cyber fraud; and Winner Mangeni, who was arrested from Massachusetts and convicted of assault, flight to avoid prosecution, and confinement.
Within the East African Community, Kenya led with the highest number of citizens on the list — 15 of its nationals pending deportation. It was closely followed by DR Congo with 12, Burundi 5, South Sudan 4, Tanzania 2, and Rwanda 1.
