Kamwenge Christians participate in the Way of the Cross

Christians in the East Ruwenzori diocese in Kamwenge town council have participated in the Way of the Cross procession.

They started the journey at Kamwenge town church located in Kamwenge village, Kamwenge town council in Kamwenge Sub-county, with the first prayers led by Rev. Moses Dakitari, the Sub Dean of East Ruwenzori diocese. 

Rev. Dakitari asked Christians to repent of their sins and turn away from their bad deeds.

The Way of the Cross ended at St. Stephen's Cathedral in Kamwenge town council under tight security by the Uganda police.
