Catholic Church moves to evict 500 residents from Nsambya Estate

“All occupants are hereby required to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the property to RTKA no later than April 30, 2026. Any person(s) remaining in occupation after the above date shall be deemed to be in unlawful possession, and RTKA reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover possession without further notice, at the occupant’s own risk as to costs and consequences.”
