Sh1.8 trillion spent on undernutrition annually — report

Apollo Gabazira, the CARE Uganda’s country director, which oversees the CASCADE project, mentioned that 29% and 53% of children below the age of five years are stunted and anaemic, respectively, whereas 32% of women aged 15-49 years are anaemic in northern and western Uganda.
