Baliruno said for a musician to become a duly registered member of the SACCOS, they must pay a fee of sh170,000, which is broken down as follows; sh20,000 for membership, sh70,000 for shares, and sh100,000 as initial savings.

The Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), through its chief whip, on April 8, came out to clarify about the over sh2b grant from the Government, received by the
