Can you imagine a bar on wheels? Yes, we have an exhibitor with such as a service at this year’s Bride and Groom Expo.
If you’re the kind of person who loves to have a good time, but doesn’t want the hassle of driving away from the comfort of your home—or perhaps you’re not fond of crowded spaces—this might just be the perfect option for you.
What may easily appear to be a cargo bed (trailer) is, in fact, a mobile bar designed to deliver the best of minimalism and convenience. Picture a small beach-style bar fitted with a wide range of drinks, customisable to the needs of your guests depending on the number in attendance.
Nsubuga Mark David, the brain behind this innovative concept, explains that clients can opt for a wet hire package, which costs sh4m. This includes the trailer fully stocked with a selection of drinks, agreed upon in advance.
This means that the wet hire will have sh40,000 per head, three cocktails and beer on the tap for 100 people.
Additionally, the drinks can be tailored to suit specific tastes.
“Cocktails can be customised by designing a menu to the client likes, with help from our mixologist,” Nsubuga adds.
For those who prefer to bring their own drinks, the dry hire option is available at sh2m. In this case, the trailer is hired without the drinks, but still comes with a wide range of complementary items.
“The dry hire comes with a mixologist, garnishes, and mixers, ice cubes including music, and a projector for 100 guests. If you have 200 guests it goes up to sh4m.”
“Both packages include free tumblers, ice cubes (thanks to our in-built ice maker), garnishes, straws, mixers, napkins, glassware, four hostesses, and a mixologist,” he explains.
The mobile bar service caters to all kinds of events—from corporate functions and weddings to birthday parties and private gatherings.
And here’s a special offer: newlyweds or anyone who books the service during the Bride and Groom Expo will receive a 10% discount.
