Bryan Wakwale returned 65 nett to win the MTN Monthly Tees tournament for the month of March at Entebbe Club on Saturday.
Playing off a handicap of 27, Wakwale beat 190 players to the top prize as he won his first monthly competition in Entebbe. He consequently improved his order of merit, starting from number 21 in January to now the top 15.
He edged last month’s winner, Peace Hellen, as well as Phionah Namanya and Charles Odere who all scored 66nett on the day. That score helped Odere top the men’s Group B ahead of Mathias Mulumba Zungu, who carded 68nett.
