Woman cited in Dr Spire's bizarre death
Dr John Bosco Spire Kiggundu arrived alone at the guest house in his black BMW (registration number UBA 547E) and booked Room 111. Barely 10 minutes later, at 5:45pm, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras captured a woman entering the same room.
