Uganda ambassadors urged on economic, commercial diplomacy

Odong says economic and commercial diplomacy has taken centre stage in Uganda's foreign policy work, stressing the need for Ugandan ambassadors and heads of missions abroad to promote value addition, industrialisation and trade.
