Gen Kainerugaba, Turkish Ambassador discuss enhanced ties

During the meeting on Tuesday, Gen Kainerugaba who is also the Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations and his guest had a discussion centered on the growing economic and security ties between Uganda and Turkey.
