Court clears Prof. Kateregga to return home

“I am declining any invitation to use this court to curtail the respondent’s (Kateregga) access to his residence in the absence of proof of domestic violence. I, therefore, find that there are no grounds to grant a protection order,” Arinaitwe ruled. 

Prof. Kateregga’s Buziga home in Makindye division, Kampala, where he ran away following a dispute with his wife, Jolly Irankunda. His attempts to get into the property have been futile since September.
