Beti Kamya dropped as High Court judge becomes new IGG

Batala’s appointment comes at a time when the President has intensified the fight against corruption and when the public is demanding accountability and integrity in governance.

President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Justice Aisha Naluzze Batala as the new IGG, replacing Beti Kamya, whose term ended on September 23.
