Kawempe National Referral Hospital in urgent need of ventilators

“If we receive about 30 ventilators; we can comfortably run the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. When all the ventilators are occupied, the facility refers the babies to Specialized Women and Neonatal Hospital Mulago but that is not sustainable."
