How 12-year-old died after aunt's slap

Akello reportedly slapped the deceased, who fell on a (sharp end of the) knife, which pierced his neck. "Due to too much bleeding, it (eventually) led to his death.” 

Oloya said the late Akena had been staying with his aunt — Akello’s family — for about four years, helping with babysitting.
