Parents across Uganda are gearing up for a rare opportunity to explore the best of international education as the International Schools Fair makes its first-ever stop in Kampala.
Set for Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Sheraton Hotel, the event will bring together top international schools and universities from across Africa and beyond under one roof.
Organised by ISEF Africa, the fair will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering families a chance to discover and compare leading day and boarding school options featuring British, IB, American, and Canadian curricula.
Among the institutions expected at the event are Aga Khan Academy Mombasa, Peponi School, Brookhouse School, St. Andrew’s School Turi, Rainbow International School Uganda, Acorns International School, Ntare Louisenlund School Rwanda, and Obuda University from Hungary, among others.
According to organizers, the fair aims to make it easier for parents to find the right educational fit for their children, whether they are exploring local international programs or planning for studies abroad. Attendees will interact directly with school representatives and gain insights into academic offerings, extracurricular programs, admission processes, and scholarship opportunities.
“Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions for any parent,” said the ISEF Africa event coordinator. “The International Schools Fair simplifies this process by connecting families to trusted institutions that prioritize academic excellence, global exposure, and holistic child development.”
With the rising demand for world-class education in Uganda, the event is seen as a timely platform that connects families with credible international education pathways.
Alongside the main fair, ISEF Africa will host an International Education Community Networking Brunch from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sheraton. The exclusive event will bring together education leaders, business executives, diplomatic representatives, EdTech innovators, and service providers for dialogue and collaboration on global learning trends and education for sustainable development.
“This event isn’t just about schools—it’s about building partnerships and dialogue that strengthen the education ecosystem,” the coordinator added.
The fair, which has previously been held in other African cities, marks a major milestone for Uganda’s growing education landscape and its expanding international outlook.
