Wedding preparations can take a toll on couples, leaving them exhausted and stressed. One way of avoiding grumpy looks on the D-day is a massage, Ali Rehan, a fitness and wellness expert from Global Fitness International, advises.
Rehan says you can actually have it in the comfort of your home with portable and handy gadgets available on their stall.

He further notes that a soothing massage can help release endorphins, which gives one a feelings of calmness and reduced stress levels.
Sonia Nali the reservation manager at Entiko Safari Lodge agrees. Nali says a massage is one of the things that is going to make you relax and bring back your energy for a new married you.
“A gentle massage done two to three days before the wedding can still offer lots of benefits, ranging from last-minute unwinding: It's a final chance to release any built-up tension and ensure you're in a relaxed state of mind,” Nali notes.
At the Bride and Groom Expo, Global Fitness International is offering home massage equipment at friendly prices. A walk to their stall, you will be able to secure a complete body massager which comes with an eight-head massage stick to stimulate your back, feet, hands and hair follicles. Meanwhile, a gun massage will work on your face.
Alternatively, you can choose the car and home intelligent massage cushion to work for your back while in office and as you drive/travel, says Rehan.
And of you plan to do a total workout, then opt for the advanced treadmill which is also available on their stall.
