KAMPALA - It was a day of excitement, dreams coming true and unforgettable surprises at the Bride & Groom Expo 2025.
Chief executive officer The Looks Bespoke Nitin Bhagwani, could not hide his excitement when he was announced as one of the winners. Bhagwani, who is one of the expo sponsors, walked away with a lunch coupon at Café Javas.
Another CEO, Amon Bazira of Dream & Dress fashion house, won a one-night bed-and-breakfast stay at the elegant Fontis Residences and Hotel with his spouse.

Another winner was Olivia Makubuya, who won a honeymoon getaway to the stunning Entikko Safari Lodge in Murchison National Park.
Clearly overjoyed, Makubuya couldn’t hide her smile. “I’m in a committed relationship, and I hope to get married. I’m likely to get married next year; it is in the plan,” she shared, beaming with excitement.
Currently studying Public Administration and Resource Governance at Kyambogo University, Makubuya says this win brought her dream wedding one step closer to reality.

Entikko Safari Lodge, one of the expo’s key partners, is known for blending luxury with the untamed beauty of the wild.
“We offer more than a room; we offer an experience,” said Jiang Xia Alberta, the lodge’s marketing and sales manager. Olivia will taste this romantic nature paradise in the heart of Uganda’s largest national park.
Other winners were: Angela Ninsiima, who got a suite from The Looks Bespoke, while Ruth Nakamate and Nitin Bhagwani, the CEO of The Looks Bespoke, bagged a lunch voucher for two at Café Javas.

The good news did not end there. Samalie Nambatya and Peninah Kyomugisha each received shopping vouchers worth sh50,000 from Crazy Deals, and Sula Kigozi, and a one Doreen, took home bottles of premium wine courtesy of Bella Wine.
In an extra twist of generosity, Lafang Eco Resort Dolwe, another exhibitor at the expo, gave away a two-night, three-day honeymoon stay at their serene lakeside retreat. Prisca Tumuheirwe was the lucky winner of the grand getaway.
